Neighbors Invited to Learn About Main Street at Enka Village Tonight, February 6

Interested Enka and Candler residents are invited to learn about Main Street at Enka Village, a mixed-use development to be built on Sand Hill Road near U.S. 19/23. FIRC President Tony Fraga and members of his development team will talk about their plans for the development tonight, February 6 from 7:00 8:00 p.m. in room 200 of the Haynes Building on A-B Techs Enka Campus.

Renderings and site plans for Main Street at Enka Village will be on display at the meeting, neighbors questions will be answered, and suggestions for improvements and additions will be welcomed.

The meeting is one of a series of informational briefings and exchanges of information between FIRC and its Main Street at Enka Village neighbors, according to Wes Reinhardt, FIRC Director of Marketing.

Main Street at Enka Village will be an innovative mixed-use development designed to incorporate the nostalgia of an American main street with the conveniences required for todays lifestyle. Were excited about Main Street at Enka Village and look forward to sharing our vision with our neighbors in the Enka and Candler communities, Reinhardt said.

Fraga expects to break ground on Main Street at Enka Village this year.
