![]() Clear Channel Asheville presents Business After Hours Thursday, May 19, 5:30 p.m. Crest Mountain Communities and Ontolitecture 30 Ben Lippen School Road Call (828) 258-6130 for more information. Crest Mountain Communities LLC is the organization responsible for the conversion of the old Ben Lippen School property into unique event facilities, upscale office space and high end residential real estate in a community now known as Crest Mountain. This special location was unknown to most locals because of its history as a private school. However, now that the 165 acres are open to the public, Crest Mountain is quickly becoming one of Ashevilles most popular spots for corporate events, weddings and mountain living. Breathtaking views of downtown Asheville, The Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa, Biltmore Estate and the surrounding mountains are Parkway quality, but are even more special because of the convenient location to town. Waterfalls, incredible landscaping and other amenities help round out the beauty of Crest Mountain. The first class event facilities have been operating successfully for more than a year by M7 Event Solutions. Phase one of the gated residential community is nearly complete and Phase two is underway. Eventually more than 120 families will call Crest Mountain home. Most will live in custom-built homes, some in spec cottages and a lucky 20 or so will be the proud owners of Crest Mountain luxury condominiums to be featured at Business After Hours. You can learn more about the community on Crest Mountains Web site at www.crestmtn.com. The Web site for the event facilities is www.thecrestcenter.com.
