![]() The menu features a delicious and wide-ranging selection of sandwiches, soups, salads, baked goods, and gourmet coffees. The sandwich menu contains items such as roast beef, turkey, tuna, and chicken salad as well as a veggie and a chargrilled basil chicken sandwich, among others. Soups change on a daily basis, offering four new selections each day, such as French Onion, Chicken Gumbo, Szechwan Hot & Sour, and Clam Chowder.
Of course, with a name like the Atlanta Bread Company, this place is all about the bread, and the varieties and quality they offer are delicious. Bread varieties include sourdough, French, sourdough rye, nine grain, asiago cheese, pumpernickel, Italian pesto, honey wheat, cracked wheat, and sundried tomato. All breads are baked daily and are fat-free and preservative-free. Any leftovers at the end of each day are donated to charity.
The entire business, from employees to interior space, is smoke-free. Owners John and Jill Fisher, along with general manager Keith Wright, firmly believe that a smoke-free operation contributes to its success in a big way, and offers its customers a very enjoyable respite from the aggravations of the day. The no-smoking policy extends even to the patio. Atlanta Bread Company is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hours are 6:30AM - 9PM on Monday - Thursday, 6:30AM - 10PM on Friday and Saturday, 8AM - 8PM on Sunday. Breakfast is served until 10:30AM on Monday - Friday, and until 2PM on Saturday and Sunday.
