Posana, the contemporary American cuisine restaurant in downtown Asheville, is excited to announce its reopening on Friday, November 1, after a temporary closure due to Hurricane Helene.
The downtown Asheville restaurant luckily avoided any damages during the storm and is now fully approved by the health department to provide safe, potable water, high-quality meals and drinks to its community.
Known for its sustainable approach to contemporary American cuisine, Posana will resume service with updated hours of operation, now offering all-day dining beginning at noon 5 days a week.
Posana is located at 1 Biltmore Avenue, Asheville, NC 28801. Founded by Chef Peter and Martha Pollay in 2009, Posana has become a beloved destination for locals and visitors alike, thanks to its dedication to seasonal ingredients and sustainable practices. The reopening will oer guests a chance to enjoy Posana’s thoughtful, evolving menu that celebrates the best of Appalachian provisions.
Reservations are currently available on Open Table and walk-ins are welcome.
