Fermenti, the organizers of WNC Fermenting Festival, are raising funds to support the fermentation family and community here in Western North Carolina.

Your generosity will support organizers while they recover from the devastation brought by Hurricane Helene.

Your donation will be spent in direct support of vendors by being evenly distributed amongst each vendor and by then purchasing their products and allowing them to donate them directly to people here in WNC in need.

It’s a win-win situation, local businesses get your direct support, and vendors get to donate their goods to our neighbors in need. Helping us, to help our Hurricane Helene impacted community.

The 8th Annual WNC Fermenting Festival is still scheduled to happen on Sunday November 3, 11 am to 5 pm at Olivette Farm 172 Old Macedonia Rd Alexander, NC.
