Asheville Strong has announced that they will publish a digital cookbook to raise funds for restaurant workers crisis relief.

The cookbook includes recipes from many recognizable restaurants that have defined Asheville’s culinary scene as well as local favorites: Buxton Hall, The Market Place, Biscuit Head, Old Europe, Cúrate, Chai Pani, The Corner Kitchen, 12 Bones, Creekside Taphouse, Chupacabra Latin Cafe, Rosabees, Rocky’s Hot Chicken Shack, and more.

The cookbook is edited by Asheville Strong founder Catherine Campbell, manager Brandon Amico, and editor Stepfanie Romine (of The No Meat Athlete Cookbook, Cooking with Healing Mushrooms and more), and designed by Alyssa Phillips of Amp’d Designs.

Asheville at Home is priced at $19.95 and the net proceeds will be donated to NC Restaurant and Lodging Association’s Restaurant Workers Relief Fund.
