The Asheville Tourists begin the home portion of the 2016 season on April 14th at 7:05 pm. This year’s home slate is loaded with promotions, giveaways, and family friendly entertainment at the ballpark.
Saturday home games have become synonymous with giveaways to the first 1,000 fans in attendance and this season is no different. Seven of the eleven Saturday contests at McCormick Field will feature a different Tourists Jersey giveaway. In addition, on Saturday May 7, McCormick Field will welcome a special appearance by former Boxing Heavyweight Champion of the World Buster Douglas. Saturday, June 18 will feature an appearance by the ZOOperstars coupled with a limited edition Nolan Arenado Gold Glove Bobble-Head giveaway presented by Harry’s on the Hill handed out to the first 1,000 fans in attendance.
