The A-B Tech Community College Foundation will present the final in a series of summer Fernihurst Afternoon Teas at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27 in the historic Fernihurst house on the A-B Tech Asheville campus.
John Turk, Professor Emeritus, Youngstown State University, and vice president and curator of the Western North Carolina Historical Association, will present a talk on the architectural history on Asheville. Since its founding, Asheville has established itself as a city with a unique style and talents. Join us as we learn more about how this variety of architecture celebrates our past and illustrates our community’s diversity.
