The popular convention for fans of fantasy, science-fiction, anime, and more returns to the US Cellular Center on Saturday, November 10 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Asheville Comic Expo (ACE), the area’s biggest comic convention, returns this year after a brief hiatus. It will focus primarily on the wide world of comic books, including local art and talent, industry guests, and a variety of unique vendors. There will also be opportunities for cosplay, gaming, and charity events.
This year’s expo will take place at the U.S. Cellular Center on Saturday, November 10th from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. If you are unable to attend this year, keep in mind you will always be welcome at any future ACE events!
There will also be a variety of panels to attend. Ever wanted to know how to sew faux fur to a cape for a cosplay? Or how your favorite artists create such lovely pieces? How about the favorite pizza topping of a comic writer you admire? Panels are just the place for all your questions!
And of course, cosplayers and costumers of all ages, genders, and skill levels are encouraged to wear their favorite ensembles! The con will award cosplayers across three levels: kids, novice, and experienced.
Special guests include Erin Cahill, Jennifer Cihi, Stefanie DeLeo, Logan Faerber, Chris Giarrusso, Sandy Jarrell, Georges Jeanty, Andrew MacLean, Matthew Manning, Samantha Newark, Jarrett Rutland, Matthew Smith, and more. Visit the event website for additional information.
