Get Out That Bathing Suit, City Swimming Pools are Now Open!

Ready to escape the heat with a nice refreshing dip in the pool? Well your in luck, because Asheville Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts has just announced the 2010 swimming pool season.

Season:

Recreation Park: Monday, May 31 - Sunday, August 15
Malvern Hills and Walton Street: Saturday, June 12 - August 15
General admission: $3 per person; multi-visit, family and season passes available
Swim lessons and Guard Start offered � call pool of choice for more information

Hours:

Malvern Hills: Monday-Friday, 11:30 am-6:00 pm
Recreation Park: Monday-Friday, 12:00-6:00 pm
Walton Street: Monday-Friday, 12:00-4:00 pm
All Pools: Saturday, 11:00 am-6:00 pm; Sunday, 1:00-6:00 pm
Lap Swim (Recreation Park only): 12:00-1:00 pm; 5:00-6:00 pm
