The Grey Eagle will host Kevin Burke’s Celtic Fiddle Festival on February 5th at 8:00 pm. Tickets cost $20 in advance and $25 on the day of the show.
The show is appropriate for all ages and will be seated.
Called “three of the finest folk violinists anywhere” by The Washington Post, Celtic Fiddle Festival celebrates the violin in all its globe-trotting variations. Fiddlers Kevin Burke (Ireland), Christian Lemaître (Brittany, France) and André Brunet (Quebec, Canada) showcase a fascinating juxtaposition of international and individual styles. The music is complex and beautiful, and the joy onstage is alive.
