All Buncombe County Government Offices, including Buncombe County Public Libraries, will be closed on Monday, September 1 for Labor Day.
The Landfill and Transfer Station will be open regular hours.
Household Hazardous Waste and Electronics Recycling are cancelled for Friday, August 29.
