Buncombe County Outdoor Pools will be closing for the season in August.
Here are the scheduled closing dates for each pool location:
– Owen Pool in Swannanoa last operating day is Friday, August 8
– North Buncombe Pool in Weaverville last operating day is Saturday, August 9
– Cane Creek Pool in Fairview last operating day is Friday, August 15
– Hominy Valley Pool in Enka last operating day is Sunday, August 17
– Erwin Pool open weekdays through Sunday, August 16 and then on weekends only through Sunday, August 31, 2014.
Other Pool locations within Buncombe County:
– Black Mountain Community Pool open through Tuesday, August 19 and then on weekends only through Labor Day.
– Recreation Park swimming pool will be open through Friday, August 15 and then on weekends only through Labor Day.
