This five-course dinner on April 29th will not only highlight the food and beer at Wicked Weed but it will get you, the diner, involved in the tasting process.
Each course will be paired with two beers, one chosen by the chefs and one chosen by the brewers. In a friendly competition of brewers versus chefs, the diner will decide who has done a better pairing with each course. At the end of the meal, the diners will vote, deciding who has won the challenge and the bragging rights until next year’s competition.
Dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail half hour. At 7 p.m., each diner will be invited to take a seat and partake in a crash-course beer tasting. Each course will be paired with two beers, one chosen by a brewer and one chosen by a chef. Diners will be given the opportunity to vote who chose a better pairing, and at the end of the evening, a winner will be declared.
The $65 dollar fee includes the cost of the dinner and tax but does not include tip. Please bring cash to the event if you desire to tip the wait staff.
